Refund & Cancellation Policy

Zezo eSchool – Digital School Management SaaS
Effective Date: Immediately

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased for the Zezo eSchool platform.


1. Subscription Fees

  • All subscription charges are billed upfront.

  • Pricing varies based on selected plans.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment failure but amount deducted

  • Technical issues caused by Zezo eSchool preventing product usage (case-by-case review)

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Dislike of features

  • Incorrect plan selection

  • School decision/management decisions

  • Usage errors by staff

  • Partial usage or unused period of service

All valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


3. Cancellation Policy

Schools may cancel:

  • At any time through admin support

  • Cancellation stops future renewal

  • No refund is issued for the remaining subscription period

We may cancel service if:

  • Subscription is unpaid

  • Abuse or illegal activity is detected

  • Terms & Conditions are violated


4. Auto-Renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled:

  • Charges will be applied automatically

  • Schools must cancel before the renewal date to stop billing
